Rockford Sexual Assault Counseling provides comprehensive services to survivors of sexual assault and abuse, age three to adult and their significant others.  Services include 24-hour crisis intervention and medical advocacy, legal advocacy, counseling, prevention education and professional training.  All services are free and confidential.

Remedies Renewing Lives Domestic Violence Programs provide 24-hour emergency shelter and hotline services, transitional housing, advocacy-based counseling, individual therapy, advocacy, case management, safety, and support with adult and child survivors of domestic violence.  All domestic violence program services are free, confidential and voluntary.

The Family Peace Center is a multi-agency, multi-disciplinary service center located at 315 N. Main Street in Rockford, Ill., that provides services to victims of interpersonal violence. Both public and private partner agencies assign staff on a full-time or part-time basis to provide services from one location

Family Counseling Services

Family Counseling Services offers individual, family, couples, and group therapy to adults and children.  They accept all insurance, including Medicaid and Medicare.  They also have a sliding fee scale for individuals who are not insured, and never refuse services for a person’s inability to pay.  They have highly trained and licensed clinicians that include both LCSW’s and LCPC’s with specialized domestic violence training.
